Job summary

New Weds Foods is seeking an IT Support Technician I to join the IT Service Delivery & Support team in Chicago. This entry-level role supports corporate users, warehouse operations, and manufacturing environments, delivering Tier 1 and 2 support across devices and applications.

You will assist with device provisioning, incident management, and go-lives while maintaining strong customer service, communication, and collaboration with remote teams. On-site role based at our Chicago campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in IT, Help Desk, Desktop Support, End User Services, or Technical Support.
• Experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and approved business applications.
• Respond to incidents and service requests through the corporate ticketing platform.
• Document all troubleshooting activities, resolutions, and communications within the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT resources while maintaining ownership and communication with the end user.
• Deliver professional customer service while maintaining service level expectations.
