Job summary

Kreher Family Farms is seeking an IT Support Technician I to serve as the first point of contact for employees needing technical assistance. The role focuses on end-user support, hardware deployment, and maintaining IT equipment across offices, warehouse, production, and farm operations.

You will learn Kreher Family Farms’ technical environment and business systems while assisting with basic infrastructure and escalating complex issues to senior staff.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience with 1–2 years supporting end users.
• Familiarity with business, warehouse, production, or agricultural environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to helpdesk tickets and requests from employees.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktop and laptop issues; support Microsoft 365 apps.
• Assist with password resets and account access; configure email and mobile devices.
• Deploy desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers; install standard software.
• Maintain helpdesk tickets and document fixes; update asset inventory.
• Assist senior IT staff with maintenance, rollouts, and facility support.
