Qualifications

• Knowledge of PC hardware and diagnostics.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and MS Office 365.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong documentation and ticketing discipline.
• Ability to explain tech concepts to non-technical users.
• Analytical thinking and independent decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provide users with technical support, responding to needs and questions.
• Support rollout of new end-user technology initiatives and office moves.
• Respond to technical emergencies and prioritize calls.
• Maintain and improve end-user technology SOPs and documentation.
• Troubleshoot desktops, and some server/network issues.
• Perform Windows desktop support and basic IT tasks.
• Configure network printing, AD user security, and Exchange accounts.
• Provide tier-one LAN support and knowledge of latest tech.
• Back up the Service Desk during high-volume periods.
• Perform other duties as needed.
