Job summary

Hirewell is seeking an IT Service Desk professional to provide high-quality technical support to internal users in Chicago. This on-site role requires five days per week near the Willis Tower and focuses on resolving tickets, troubleshooting Windows and Office 365, and keeping desktops secure and operational.

You will install and maintain endpoint devices, document solutions, and communicate effectively with staff to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a Service Desk or Help Desk supporting PCs and applications.
• Experience supporting Windows operating systems and desktop environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve IT tickets and end-user issues related to Windows OS and Office 365
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain desktop equipment including laptops, desktops, printers, and other endpoint devices
• Provide support through phone, email, and in-person requests
• Maintain desktop standard images and ensure devices remain consistent with company standards
• Research and troubleshoot technical issues to identify solutions
