Job summary

Ken’s Foods, Inc. in Marlborough, MA, is seeking an IT Support I to provide end-user support, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of the company’s computer network and IT assets at local and remote sites.

The role requires 3–5 years IT experience, AD basics, and strong Windows/Office 365 knowledge. You will work 8 AM–5 PM EST and collaborate with manufacturing operations to ensure site coverage.

Qualifications

• Hands-on PC software installation and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting end-users in a corporate environment.
• Basic Active Directory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level IT support for networking and applications.
• Maintain accurate documentation for site IT operations.
• Diagnose and resolve computer problems and log requests in Help Desk.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot computers, peripherals, software and network connectivity.
• Support 3rd party vendors for security systems, video, cabling and Wi‑Fi.
• Liaise with Engineering for PLC/manufacturing support.
