Job summary

IntelliPro is seeking a Client Support Associate / IT Support Specialist in Salem, VA for a 3‑month contract ($29/hr on W2). You will provide basic tech support, diagnose issues, install software, and escalate problems as needed. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in a dynamic, on-site environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience or education, with preference for A+ or Microsoft certifications. Schedule includes 8–5 with two later days, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic technical support to Clients and troubleshoot desktop software problems.
