You will assist with installation, configuration, maintenance, and deployment of technology equipment and systems, supporting IT operations, security, and technology initiatives across locations.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or the equivalent.
• Two (2) years or more of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support and problem resolution for information systems customers.
• Provides network setup and support for all locations.
• Maintains and manages necessary hardware and operating licenses.
• Provides superior customer support to internal and external customers for all company systems and applications.
• Develops and writes specifications and procedures for the installation and use of information system technologies.
