Job summary

Prairieland FS seeks an Information Technology Support Technician to provide hands-on technical assistance across hardware, software, and network issues. You will deliver excellent customer service while supporting IT operations and security initiatives.

You'll install, configure, maintain, and deploy technology equipment, manage licenses, assist with mobile devices, and help users access resources across locations. A strong small-team collaborator with clear communication is ideal.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school degree or the equivalent.
• Two (2) years or more of related work experience in information technology.
• Experience providing technical or help-desk support is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, printers, and mobile devices.
• Basic understanding of networking, cybersecurity, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Able to explain technical information to non-technical users.
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support and problem resolution for information systems customers.
• Provides network setup and support for all locations.
• Configures, installs, and supports microcomputer hardware and software.
• Maintains and manages necessary hardware and operating licenses.
• Provide superior customer support to internal and external customers for all company systems and applications.
