Job summary

Truxton in Nashville seeks an IT Support Technician to be the frontline contact for employees, resolving hardware, software, mobile, printer, and connectivity issues while assisting with onboarding and asset management.

You will coordinate with vendors/MSPs, help maintain IT documentation, participate in cybersecurity awareness, and contribute to process improvements, training, and end-user resources in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose issues and document findings.
Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud productivity tools (SharePoint, Power Platform, Power BI, Teams).

Responsibilities

Provide responsive technical support for hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, and connectivity.
Troubleshoot issues, resolve requests, and coordinate escalations with vendors or MSPs.
Assist with onboarding, offboarding, equipment setup, access changes, and user support documentation.
Maintain accurate records for technology assets, support requests, user access, and IT procedures.
Support cybersecurity, compliance, audits, and training activities as part of daily IT operations.
Contribute to technology projects, process improvements, documentation, and employee-facing resources.
Build strong relationships across departments while delivering professional IT support.
Perform other duties as assigned.
