Job summary

Talentify is seeking an IT Support Technician to deliver frontline technical support for store and office users across our locations. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity, deploy new equipment, and assist with onboarding and access management.

The role requires a 2-year degree with 2 years of experience or equivalent, strong communication, and reliable, team-focused work ethic. Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable with rotating weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• A 2-year college or technical degree in a related field with 2 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Experience providing technical support and troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a helpdesk or desktop support environment.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Team player with excellent attendance and reliability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common operating systems.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line troubleshooting and resolution for hardware, software, and connectivity issues across desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and other devices.
• Set up, configure, and deploy new equipment and peripherals; support mobile device enrollment and configuration.
• Assist with software installations, updates, and licensing compliance; perform routine maintenance and health checks.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding, including account setup and device provisioning.
• Escalate complex issues with thorough documentation; collaborate with IT, POS, and FT teams.
• Maintain helpdesk records and develop user guides and FAQs.
• Provide end-user training on technology basics and best practices.
• Provide rotational weekend and holiday coverage as scheduled.
