Responsibilities

• Own the ticket queue; respond to hardware, software, and connectivity issues with urgency.
• Troubleshoot root causes; document solutions and close tickets accurately.
• Image machines, manage peripherals, inventory equipment; coordinate with vendors.
• Assist with basic network troubleshooting and device configuration.
• Maintain accurate ticketing records and up-to-date system documentation.
• Set up new hire equipment and verify access on Day 1.
