ITAC Solutions is helping a client by staffing a hands-on IT Support role in Birmingham, AL. The person will deliver first and second-level IT support, troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, and support Microsoft 365, AD, and Intune in a modern Microsoft-based environment.

The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer experiences, onboarding new hires, and maintaining knowledge base articles. Onsite and remote support are provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Azure Active Directory authentication and user management.
• Ability to support cloud-based applications.
• ITSM and ITIL experience.
• Strong attention to detail and professional presentation.
• Ability to manage tickets, calls, and chats simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level IT support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Intune environments.
