Job summary

You will install, configure, test and maintain devices and software across platforms, collaborate with specialists, and contribute to long-term IT planning while ensuring reliable operations and security.

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related computer field plus 1+ year of experience or 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of networks, software systems, and PC hardware/software.
- Hands-on hardware/software troubleshooting and ability to read technical manuals.
Responsibilities
- Work with end users to identify and deliver required service levels.
- Install, configure, test and maintain configurations across platforms and OS.
- Collaborate with support technicians to ensure efficient operation of computing environments.
- Monitor and resolve complex issues, implement corrective solutions, and assist in capacity planning.
- Support new projects and installations; supervise hardware/software contracts and vendor liaisions.
- Contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
