Ascentek in Minnesota is seeking an End User Technology Engineer to serve as the frontline IT ambassador across office, warehouse, and remote environments. You will provide timely Tier 1 and 2 support for hardware, software, and business applications, while collaborating with IT, security and business teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.

Qualifications

2+ years of support experience.
Experience with Windows and Apple devices and SaaS environments.
Knowledge of MDM, Intune, and endpoint management.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation.
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 end-user support for hardware, software, network, and applications.
Maintain and manage desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices lifecycle.
Support warehouse and manufacturing technologies (Zebra printers, RF scanners).
Assist with Active Directory, Entra ID, file shares, Teams Rooms.
Create SOPs and documentation; participate in technology rollouts.
Provide end-user training on security and best practices.
On-call rotations.
