You will provide firm-wide technical support, install and maintain configurations, and collaborate with other technicians to keep our computing environment running smoothly. The role requires an associate degree or 3+ years of related experience, strong knowledge of networks, PCs, and operating systems, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 1+ years of experience in a related computer field OR 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of network, software systems and PC hardware and software.
• Hands-on hardware/software troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with end users to identify and deliver required service levels.
• Construct, install, configure, test and maintain configurations across platforms and OS.
• Collaborate with support technicians to ensure efficient operation of the computing environment.
• Monitor and resolve complex problems for end users and implement corrective solutions.
• Assist in developing long-term strategies and capacity planning for future needs.
• Support implementation of new projects and installations.
• Maintain knowledge of hardware, software and contracts; supervise contract-based installations.
