Job summary
Serverfarm is seeking a capable IT Support Specialist to join our team in Suwanee, GA. You will provide desktop and mobile support across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, and help manage the device lifecycle from procurement to retirement while handling data securely.
You will administer Microsoft 365 (Entra, SharePoint, Defender, Exchange, Teams), deploy NinjaOne and Intune, enforce Defender policies, and support AutoCAD/Bluebeam users, while delivering excellent customer service and end-user
Qualifications
- Experience providing desktop and mobile IT support.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Intune.
- Proficiency with NinjaOne and Defender.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD/Bluebeam is a plus.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Documentation and process enforcement experience.
- Collaborative onboarding support with other teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android & apps.
- Manage device lifecycle from procurement to retirement.
- Administer Microsoft 365 suite (Entra, SharePoint, Defender, Exchange, Teams).
- Deploy NinjaOne and Intune for device/app management.
- Maintain endpoint security policies via Defender.
- Support productivity tools like Microsoft Office.
- Assist deployment of AutoCAD and Bluebeam.
- Handle service requests & incidents via Freshservice.
