Qualifications

• Experience supporting desktop and mobile platforms across Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite and security tools (Entra, Defender, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).
• Experience deploying device management tools like NinjaOne and Intune.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and mobile support across multiple OSs and devices.
• Manage device lifecycle from procurement to retirement with secure data handling.
• Maintain endpoint security with Microsoft Defender and optimize Office tools.
• Assist with deployment of AutoCAD and Bluebeam; support Freshservice workflows.
• Collaborate with teams to enforce IT policies and train end users.
