Job summary

Serverfarm is seeking a capable IT Support Specialist to join our team in Suwanee, GA. You will provide desktop and mobile support across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, and help manage the device lifecycle from procurement to retirement while handling data securely.

You will administer Microsoft 365 (Entra, SharePoint, Defender, Exchange, Teams), deploy NinjaOne and Intune, enforce Defender policies, and support AutoCAD/Bluebeam users, while delivering excellent customer service and end-user

Qualifications

• Experience providing desktop and mobile IT support.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Intune.
• Proficiency with NinjaOne and Defender.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD/Bluebeam is a plus.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Documentation and process enforcement experience.
• Collaborative onboarding support with other teams.

Key Accountabilities

• Provide support for desktop and mobile systems including Windows 11, macOS, iOS, Android and various applications.
• Assist with the device lifecycle from procurement and reissuance through to retirement, with secure data handling throughout the process in line with company standards.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365, including Entra, SharePoint, Defender, Exchange and Teams.
• Experience deploying NinjaOne and Intune for device and application management.
• Maintain endpoint security policies using Microsoft Defender.
• Support and troubleshoot productivity tools such as Microsoft Office.
• Assist with the deployment and support of specialised software including AutoCAD and Bluebeam.
• Assist with service requests and incidents through Freshservice, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.
• Perform software installations, updates, and patch management across desktop environments.
• Collaborate with other teams to implement and enforce IT policies and procedures.
• Train end users on best practices and new technologies.
• Contribute to compliance efforts.
• Document processes and maintain accurate records of desktop configurations and changes.
• Work in collaboration with the People Team to complete employee onboarding and offboarding events.
