Job summary

Jobtailor in Suwanee, GA seeks an IT Systems Support specialist to manage desktop and mobile environments, focusing on 365 administration, device lifecycle, and security policy enforcement. You will deploy NinjaOne and Intune, support Office tools, and help implement IT policies across teams.

Ideal candidates will handle onboarding/offboarding, user training, and compliance efforts while maintaining accurate desktop configuration records and collaborating with the People Team.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 including Entra, SharePoint, Defender, Exchange and Teams.
• Experience deploying NinjaOne and Intune for device and application management.
• Experience with Windows 11, macOS, iOS, Android and various applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender endpoint security policies.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Office.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Bluebeam.
• Experience with Freshservice service requests and incidents.
• Knowledge of software installations, updates and patch management.
• Ability to collaborate on IT policies and procedures.
• Ability to train end users on best practices and new technologies.
• Ability to contribute to compliance efforts.
• Ability to document processes and maintain accurate desktop configuration records.
• Ability to support employee onboarding and offboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for desktop and mobile systems across Windows/macOS/iOS/Android.
• Assist with device lifecycle management from procurement to retirement.
• Administer Microsoft 365 including Entra, SharePoint, Defender, Exchange and Teams.
• Deploy NinjaOne and Intune for device and application management.
• Maintain endpoint security policies using Microsoft Defender.
• Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Office.
• Assist with deployment and support of AutoCAD and Bluebeam.
• Handle service requests and incidents via Freshservice.
• Perform software installations, updates and patch management.
• Collaborate with other teams to enforce IT policies.
• Train end users on best practices and new technologies.
• Contribute to compliance efforts.
• Document processes and maintain desktop configuration records.
• Collaborate with People Team on onboarding/offboarding.
