Qualifications

• Internal employees must meet mandatory competencies for promotion within IT.

Responsibilities

• Provide workstation end‑user support, troubleshoot hardware and software, and train users on basic IT processes.
• Install and test PC hardware/software, manage devices (PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, ip phones, mobile devices), and support wired/wireless connections.
• Maintain technical knowledge through training and self‑study; assist with network-level device support.
• Coordinate projects, document issues, and communicate status to management; support post‑implementation reviews.
