Job summary

The role requires 2 years of hands-on IT support and an associate degree in information technology, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 2 years of hands-on IT technical support experience.
• Experience in healthcare technology support preferred.
• General device management/integration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist end users with computer access, logon, and navigation.
• Install and configure computer equipment and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware and hardware peripherals (PCs, printers, scanners).
• Coordinate between Help Desk and IT teams and escalate complex issues.
• Update and close service tickets in a timely manner.
• Support asset management and inventory processes.
