Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology or two years’ experience with PC hardware/software support.
• Certification within four months of training completion is required.
• Internal employees must meet mandatory competencies for promotion within IT.

Responsibilities

• Provide Workstation-related end-user support and on-site training.
• Install and test PC hardware/software, including wired and wireless devices.
• Maintain technical expertise through training and online courses.
• Provide general device-level network support and troubleshooting.
• Participate in project coordination and team-building activities.
• May travel to WVUHS facilities for implementations, training, and support.
