Job summary

Wild Card Creative Group in Culver City, CA, seeks an IT Support Technician to provide day-to-day tech support and to leverage development skills for automation and tooling. You will support Windows and macOS, manage cloud apps, and assist with deployment and scripting within creative workflows.

The role blends end-user support with coding to streamline production tasks, improve systems, and maintain documentation. On-site work and a proactive problem-solver mindset are key.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years IT support experience or equivalent education.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Networking basics: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
• Familiarity with MDM and identity platforms.
• Experience with Python for automation.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud apps and scripting.
• CompTIA A+ or Network+ a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support for Windows and macOS environments.
• Set up and maintain workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests across identity platforms.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues.
• Support cloud services: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and SaaS applications.
• Monitor system health and elevate complex issues when necessary.
• Document support procedures and maintain a current knowledge base.
• Write and maintain Python scripts to automate repetitive IT tasks.
• Develop Adobe ExtendScript and UXP scripts for CC apps.
