Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 0–1 year of related IT support experience is acceptable.
• Business-level English communication to support employees and collaborate with IT teams.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows-based workstations, including setup and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft 365 services (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT Service Desk support for employee incidents and service requests.
• Log, track, update, and resolve tickets using ServiceNow with accurate documentation and timely communication.
• Support onboarding activities, including Day 1 readiness, workstation deployment, and basic IT setup.
• Configure and deploy Windows PCs with Windows 11 and verify user login.
• Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 apps and services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Office apps).
