Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 0–1 year of related IT support experience is acceptable.
• Business-level English communication to support employees and collaborate with IT teams.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows-based workstations, including setup and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft 365 services (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).

What's the Job?

• Provide first-level IT Service Desk support for employee incidents and service requests.
• Utilize the IT service management platform (ServiceNow) to log, track, update, and resolve support tickets while maintaining accurate documentation and timely communication.
• Support M&A onboarding activities, including Day 1 employee readiness, workstation deployment, account validation, and basic IT setup.
• Configure and deploy Windows PCs, including standard Windows 11 installation, device configuration, user login verification, and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 applications and services, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office applications.

What's Needed?

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 0 – 1 year of related experience.
• Business-level English communication skills, with the ability to effectively support employees and collaborate with global IT teams.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows-based workstations, including device setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and peripheral connectivity.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
