Job summary

The IT Professional II at University of Georgia School of Medicine provides client-focused technology services across academic, research, and administrative environments in the Athens area. Responsibilities include deploying and supporting devices, managing Active Directory, network services, testing environments, and maintaining technical documentation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of related experience.
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, Apple, ITIL, or related certifications preferred.
• Experience with Windows and macOS in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide client services and technical support across academic, research, and administrative environments.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps, Google Drive, and authentication services including AD.
• Support classroom, AV, videoconferencing, and presentation technologies.
