Qualifications

  • 5yr. pc and mac troubleshooting.
  • Microsoft desktop certifications preferred.
  • ITIL certifications preferred.
  • Learning Management Systems (Brightspace) experience.
  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent certifications.
  • Apple Certified Mac Tech (ACMT) preferred.
  • A/V certifications (AVIXA, Extron) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive technical support for Warnell department users across instructional and administrative environments.
  • Lead classroom and A/V technology management and maintenance.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base documentation for IT procedures.
  • Train faculty and staff on classroom and lab technology and standards.
