Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5 years related experience.
• Preferred certifications in IT and AV technologies may be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Hardware and software support for Warnell workstations and printers.
• Oversee classroom and lab technology education and trainings.
• Create and maintain knowledge base documentation and instructional materials.
• Maintain inventory records for Warnell IT equipment.
• Stay current on instructional technology and advise on equipment needs.
