Vantage Elevation, LLC, Elevator Controls team in Sacramento, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver Level 1–3 help desk support across North America. You will manage workstations, laptops, phones, printers, and peripherals, and ensure SLA adherence.

Ideal candidates have an Associate degree in IT/CS, 3–5 years of IT support, strong Windows/M365, AD, RDS, imaging, VoIP, and security knowledge, plus excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field.
• 3–5 years IT help desk experience.
• Windows and Microsoft 365 proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1–3 support to North American users.
• Resolve hardware, software, OS, printers, and network issues.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding and account creation.
• Maintain Active Directory, imaging, and deployment.
• Document tickets and communicate status to users.
