Vantage Elevation, LLC in Sacramento, CA is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join Elevator Controls. You will provide Level 1–3 support across North America, manage workstations, phones, printers, and related peripherals, and maintain Active Directory and Windows Server environments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of IT support, help desk, or technical support experience.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
• Active Directory and Windows Server experience.
• RDS/Terminal Services knowledge.
• Networking fundamentals (DHCP/DNS) and VoIP familiarity.
• Endpoint security, antivirus, and cybersecurity basics.
• Strong customer service and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple SLAs and communicate effectively.
• PHP and SQL database basics.

Responsabilités

• Respond to and resolve technical support requests per SLAs.
• Provide Level 1–3 support across North America.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Onboard new users with accounts, devices, and email setup.
• Coordinate offboarding activities and data transfers.
• Create and deploy workstation images.
• Maintain Active Directory accounts and permissions.
• Ensure devices stay updated with security patches.
• Manage print servers and inventory records.
