Envolve Client Services Group is seeking an IT Support Specialist for the corporate office in the southeastern United States. The role focuses on hardware support, network administration, Windows/365 management, and security.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT support, strong hardware and networking knowledge, and experience with Veeam, VMware/Hyper-V, and Atera RMM. This on-site position offers a competitive salary, benefits, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT support or a related field; a Bachelor's degree preferred but equivalent experience may be considered.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware, networks, and Windows operating systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications such as Microsoft 365, CompTIA Network+ or Security+ are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Install, upgrade, and repair hardware; assist with deployments.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity and security issues; configure routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Provide Windows and Microsoft 365 support; manage Active Directory; deploy and configure Office, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain Atera RMM agents; assist with Azure cloud services.
• Implement security best practices and educate users on security awareness; respond to phishing and threats.
• Design, test, and document disaster recovery procedures; configure Veeam backups and replication.
• Create scripts (PowerShell, SQL) to automate tasks and configuration management.
