Job summary

Marvin is seeking an IT Technician to provide Tier 1–2 technical support across the organization, ensuring stable IT systems and services. You will troubleshoot issues, assist end users, and maintain hardware and software across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

The role emphasizes network maintenance, onboarding new users, asset inventory, security/compliance, and documenting support logs. A proactive approach to training and process improvement is valued.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years of IT support or helpdesk experience.
• Strong understanding of Windows and/or macOS environments.
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with Office 365 or Microsoft 365 tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1–2 IT support for end users via helpdesk tickets, email, chat, phone and in person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
