Job summary
Peter Millar is seeking an IT Support Technician II in Milwaukee to support a diverse user base, deliver tier 1–2 incident response, and coordinate with IT teams and vendors. The role includes onboarding new devices, maintaining Intune and Kandji environments, and addressing Windows and Mac issues to keep systems running smoothly.
You will develop training materials, assist in application upgrade projects, and document processes with business process owners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years implementing and supporting Intune or Kandji.
- 2–3 years of experience in applications and networking.
- 2–3 years supporting Windows and Mac computers.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products required.
- Experience troubleshooting computer and printer hardware issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 & 2 application and hardware support for Windows and Mac.
- Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and vendor escalation.
- Develop training materials and guidelines with IT and business process owners.
- Assist in planning interoperability, upgrades, and documentation.
- Support VPN, DNS/DHCP, and basic networking concepts for end users.
