Job summary

TransGlobal Holdings Co. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide comprehensive desktop and endpoint support across Windows and macOS in a hybrid environment. You will set up systems, manage assets, and enforce security via Intune/Jamf while maintaining our M365 environment and network infrastructure.

You will handle onboarding, license assignments, VPN/MFA, and work across VLANs, DNS/DHCP, and firewall basics. Travel up to 10% within Southern California is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years diagnosing and resolving IT issues on Windows and macOS.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; Mandarin bilingual required.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 admin, Entra ID, Intune and CA policies.
• Networking fundamentals and experience with enterprise gear and firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Daily user support for Windows/macOS, hardware, software, printing, and connectivity.
• MS 365 onboarding/offboarding, license assignments, access management.
• Set up and deploy new computers and peripherals; maintain asset inventory.
• Monitor and maintain switches, routers, wireless APs for reliable connectivity.
• Assist firewall and security management; VPN/MFA configuration.
• Diagnose VLAN routing, DNS/DHCP, Wi‑Fi coverage, and internet issues.
• Support physical security hardware connectivity and printer systems.
• Configure Intune and Jamf for endpoint security and conditional access.
• Participate in access reviews, asset tracking, and security audits.
