Job summary
Enterprise Electronics Corporation in Enterprise, Alabama is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist with a background in Computer and Information Science to provide comprehensive technical support, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and assist in maintaining our IT infrastructure.
The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a customer-focused approach; you will work with Windows, Linux, and diverse network environments to support end-users and ensure reliable IT
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer and Information Science with 3 years CS support experience.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and VPN management.
- Experience with Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies like Hyper‑V, Proxmox, and VMware.
- Knowledge of network segmentation, firewalls and endpoint protection.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive technical support to end-users across the organization.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues on Windows and Linux systems.
- Assist in maintaining and monitoring IT infrastructure and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and reliable networks.
