Qualifications

• Completed technical education with a focus on IT or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of applied IT support experience, preferably in a similar field.
• Experience in technical support/help desk and customer-facing roles.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, and server environments.
• Experience with Windows operating systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for Windows-based applications.
• Manage incoming support requests and track via tickets.
• Handle user and asset management for IT equipment and accessories.
• Maintain IT inventory and CMDB records; oversee stock ordering.
• Support network infrastructure and telecommunication systems; assist with office relocations.
• Collaborate on IT projects across infrastructure teams; diagnose and resolve issues.
• Travel to sites as needed and sometimes work staggered shifts.
• Assist external service providers as required.
