Responsibilities

• Resolve open incidents, requests, and tasks within SLA.
• Perform device imaging and configuration.
• Configure laptops, desktops, and printers.
• Install, configure and upgrade applications and peripherals.
• Add, move and/ or replace workstations and related equipment.
• Provide onsite and/ or remote assistance to users.
• Occasional after-hours support may be necessary.
• Manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Maintain documentation and SOPs; share knowledge.
