Job summary

Booth & Associates is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to be the primary IT contact for six offices. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot software and hardware, work with the IT Manager on solutions, and provide on-site support as required.

The role requires installing and supporting Windows and engineering software, provisioning workstations, and maintaining documentation. Occasional travel to offices and strong customer-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of applicable experience required.
• Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, Networking or related field.
• Knowledge of Windows and engineering software advisable.
• Self-starter who can operate independently and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Resolve software and hardware issues across multiple offices for end-users.
• Administer Windows and engineering software updates and configurations.
• Provision and deploy workstations, user accounts, and applications for staff.
• Travel to company offices to provide onsite support and project assistance as needed.
• Maintain and monitor computer networks and document warranties and guides.
