Vector Atomic, based in Pleasanton, CA, seeks an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our growing IT team. This hands-on role supports 100+ employees and 350+ endpoints in a primarily Windows environment, with Linux exposure.

You will own endpoint administration, cloud productivity tooling, and security-focused tasks in collaboration with engineering and manufacturing. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of enterprise IT experience, strong Windows and Active Directory skills, and a practical

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional IT support in an enterprise environment.
• Strong Windows OS troubleshooting and administration.
• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Knowledge of core networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN) and security basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 Windows-focused IT support and basic Linux support.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and devices.
• Manage cloud productivity tools, user accounts, MFA and access controls.
