Job summary

Vantage Prime Partners in Nashville, TN is seeking an IT Support Specialist to maintain our tech infrastructure and ensure employees have the tools they need. You will provide first-line support, install and configure systems, and help secure our networks.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in IT support, proficiency across Windows, macOS, and Linux, and knowledge of network protocols. Cloud services and cybersecurity familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support.
• Proficiency with Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Familiarity with networks, VPNs, and firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.
• Work with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve IT infrastructure.
• Assist in deployment and management of cloud-based services.
• Maintain documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures.
