Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher with two years direct IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows desktops, peripherals, and CCTV systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel to community sites up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support and desk-side Tier 1 and 2 PC/Network helpdesk support.
• Grant access, change, and reset passwords.
• Learn internal business applications and provide application support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral problems, including printers.
• Maintain and escalate issues using the IT Helpdesk system.
