Qualifications

• Experience with Active Directory and Network Administration or other enterprise level support is preferred.
• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or Management Information Science is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone, email and walk-in support to agency employees in the use of agency technology.
• Provide first-line diagnostics and refer issues to higher tiered personnel as necessary to ensure smooth operation.
