Job summary

Talentify in Biloxi, Mississippi is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide first-level support for systems, software, and hardware across the business. You will document incidents and requests, ensure SLA adherence, and help maintain technical documentation.

The role requires a基础 Associate’s degree in computer technology and at least 1 year in technical support, with eligibility to obtain an MS gaming permit.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical support role is preferred.
• Must be able to work across systems, software, and hardware.
• MS gaming permit eligibility or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for all systems, software, and hardware.
• Use problem management software to track all user incidents, requests, and downtime.
• Complete and document all daily tasks per the schedule.
• Ensure user problems and requests are completed within SLA.
• Collaborate to create and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation.
• Maintain workspaces and equipment per department policy and procedures.
