Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with basic to moderately complex troubleshooting in an end-user environment.
• Experience providing desk-side IT support.
• Familiarity with IMAC (Install/Move/Add/Change) activities.
• Ability to proactively communicate with end-users and service desk.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair PCs, desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers in an end-user environment.
• Provide support to identified VIPs.
• Respond to change management requests including installing new PC equipment and desk-side support.
• Perform IMAC activities and other desk-side support tasks.
• Communicate status and ETA to users and service desk per guidelines.
