Qualifications

• Requires Associate degree in computer tech or related field with 3 years related experience or training.
• Solid knowledge of Windows OS, AD, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience supporting end users, troubleshooting hardware/software, and maintaining AV/kiosk systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain PC hardware and related systems.
• Handle end-user tickets and ensure timely resolution per SLAs.
• Perform administration duties including account activation and access control.
• Support AV systems, kiosks, and other embedded IT devices.
• Coordinate with vendors and property leadership for IT improvements.
