Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Configure and install hardware and software that supports critical business needs.
• Install and configure Windows OS.
• Install and rollout new desktop hardware.
• Assist with installation and rollout of new software packages, POS upgrades, and gaming system upgrades.
• Set up and connect peripheral equipment, including printers and scanners, and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Receive and address service requests from end users or the help desk while meeting SLA requirements.
• Hardware asset management.
• Maintain inventory of all Windows OS computers and terminals and related parts and components.
• Keep service tickets up to date with progress and notes detailing the repairs and services performed.
