Responsibilities

• Assist computer users with routine hardware troubleshooting.
• Assist computer users with software support for Microsoft Windows Desktop, Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer.
• Provide recommendations to county offices for software and hardware solutions.
• Assist computer users with software support of custom and canned applications.
• Provide hardware troubleshooting and repair for PCs, printers, network devices, cabling and peripherals.
• Provide training to computer users on supported network based software applications.
• Install PC equipment and software as well as network related equipment and software.
• Maintain accurate inventory of all IT equipment.
