Job summary

Arning Companies is seeking a proactive IT Support Technician to provide first-line technical support on-site for day-to-day desktop, mobile, network, and application needs in Clarksville, AR. You will manage user accounts, devices, and tickets while balancing immediate issue resolution with escalation when appropriate.

The role requires strong customer service, Windows/365 proficiency, basic networking, and willingness to travel to Cassville, MO for site support.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365 in a business environment.
• Basic networking knowledge including Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience setting up and troubleshooting hardware/devices.
• Strong customer-service orientation and clear communication.
• Judgment on when to resolve vs. escalate issues.
• Able to work on-site in Clarksville, AR and travel to Cassville, MO as needed.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Triage, troubleshoot, resolve, and document daily help desk requests.
• Set up, configure, maintain, repair, and replace computers and mobile devices.
• Process onboarding/offboarding; manage devices and accounts.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps, VoIP phones, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Respond to endpoint and security monitoring alerts per procedures.
• Assist with OS, software, firmware, and security updates and patching.
• Troubleshoot wired/wireless connectivity and escalate network issues.
• Maintain accurate IT asset and knowledge-base records.
• Communicate status to end users and travel to Cassville site as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
