Senior Lifestyle is seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist in Chicago to deliver frontline support for end users, log task times, and coordinate with vendors to resolve connectivity issues. The role includes on-site support during acquisitions; strong English communication and IT fundamentals are required.

You will work with tools like Service Desk Plus, TeamViewer, and Active Directory, adhering to SLAs and assisting new hires with login setup.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field required.
• 0–3+ years of experience in desktop/IT support preferred.
• Fluent English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-demand phone support to end users.
• Record time spent on tasks in Service Desk and Intervals.
• Resolve telecommunications issues and coordinate vendor service.
• Assist with on-site technical support during acquisitions/dispositions.
• Maintain SLA compliance and document resolutions.
• Support and maintain systems, including user account management.
• Assist new employees with login procedures and day-one questions.
