You will assist staff with computing resources, troubleshoot IT issues, and support enterprise applications while contributing to 24/7 operations with shift coverage from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, plus on-call flexibility. • Strong client service, communication and interpersonal skills.
